"Used this mattress in a 4-person tent and it fit perfectly, was very comfortable to sleep on, easy to unpack and re-pack, and just a joy to know that my sleeping situation is not painful or uncomfortable. Very, very happy with the quality and attention to detail. Just buy it, you won’t look back!"
"I have taken the Hest sleep system on two, week-long car camping trips now, and both times it has been glorious to sleep on. I suffer from osteoarthritis in my lower back and shoulders, so I have no desire to sleep on the hard ground on a thin camping mat. This thing, on the other hand, is just as comfortable as my mattress at home, especially when I pair it with a camping cot. (I like the Coleman Comfort Smart Foldable Camping Cot--the springs add to the home-bed-like experience. ) It is very big and bulky--definitely for car camping only--but for me it is worth it. I would definitely use this in lieu of an air mattress as a guest bed as well."

"My husband and I are now “seniors” but still wanted to go to the Boundary Waters Canoe Area and definitely needed a better sleep system. The Hest Sleep System was DEFINITELY it!! We actually could get up and out of the tent well rested and virtually ache-free after four nights! I would totally have given this a five stars but we were disappointed to have the pull drawstring on the carry bag break already on our first trip (and we really weren’t pulling hard!). Overall though, it’s a fabulous bed!"

"Don't even think about it. . . if you're looking at this; just by it. . . If this suits your plan, then buy it. I can't express or implore you enough. I've slept in so many different places, I've slept so many different ways, and out of all of them. Babies don't sleep this good. . . The Hest Sleep System Wide is magical. . . it is my go-to sleep system, all year round. I can't wait to try their other mattresses; I can't wait to try the add-ons (like the pillow and comforters and other bedding). I've got a plan for future daily use of the Dually. . . (Google "Couch Mode" and you'll know what I'm talking about). Hest is best. . . that should be their slogan. 'Cause it's true."
"I took this Sleep System with me on a week long family campout, and This Sleep System is absolutely the most comfortable sleep I have had on a campout after 30+ years of camping trying so many different varying set ups, that included multiple types of sleeping pads, air mattresses, cots and even cot tents. To be clear, I have slept quite comfortably on several camping occasions before this Sleep System, but this was the best! And, as a side note, we (my wife and I) also tried the basic Hest Foamy Sleeping Mattress, and there was an obvious difference. Was the Foamy good? Sure, as good as some other sleeping arrangements with other mattresses/pads in the past. But the full Sleep System with the combined Foamy mattress and pad together was what made the difference in being the top notch sleep. Also, as a side note, looking at the Hest pillows, I did not think they would be comfortable, but I was sure wrong. We decided to try them out, and the Camping size pillow was the best pillow experience we both have had camping so far as well--they will now be brought on every camping trip. In fact, I have brought it with me during some of my business travels and have favored it over the pillows available to me in hotels or other places I stay in. This was also obviously a contributing factor to my great sleep during our week-long campout. As another side note, I do not recommend the pillow case--I think it stifles the pillow. I used it the first night, and I woke up with a headache and some neck pain--for the remainder of the trip, I removed the Hest pillow case, and slapped on one of my own, and voila! It became the magical pillow I just described--I am glad I tried that first before throwing the pillow out altogether!"
